At SMM Discovery, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeline and the delay is not caused by the client.
- If the client is unsatisfied with the final deliverables after two rounds of revisions and the dissatisfaction is deemed valid by our management.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- If the client changes their mind or cancels the project after significant progress has been made.
- For any services already rendered or deliverables provided and accepted by the client.
- If delays are caused due to incomplete information or unresponsiveness from the client.
3. Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request to info@smmdiscovery.com within 7 days of project completion.
- Provide clear reasons for the refund request, supported by evidence if applicable.
4. Evaluation and Decision:
- All refund requests will be evaluated by our management team.
- If a refund is approved, the client will be notified within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval via the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds:
In cases where partial services have been delivered, a proportionate refund may be issued based on the work completed and accepted by the client.
6. Exceptions:
Custom agreements made in writing between the client and SMM Discovery may override standard refund terms.
